What area of Hellfire Peninsula were you in when you encountered that Fel Reaver?
There's a few spots in that zone that are bugged, and will send you back to the default graveyard (which is the Crossroads if you're Horde) instead of a nearby graveyard.

Speaking of fel reavers, did they get nerfed?
A couple guildies needed the fel reaver for the shattered halls key. So we formed up a raid group of 17 guildies, anywhere from 62 up through 70. That sucker went down laughingly easy. Joke on a lark we spent the next couple hours clearing all fel reavers from hellfire just for spite.

Yeah I was reffering to our little raid out in the open.
I could also say 2 hunters and a warlock 3-manned durnn the hungerer, however we did so by kiting him over to telaar.

Basically, if you're Horde and for any reason the game is unable to identify which graveyard to send your ghost, you'll be ported to Crossroads. It's not necessarily a bug connected with a specific portion of a zone, there are a variety of factors that can cause this type of communication failure.

thats the buggy spot, there are areas there where you leave general / local defense and dont join anything new. i did a /who of myself in one of these areas and got "Unknown"

My first full day in Hellfire at level 58, somebody kited one into Honor Hold, so I got to help kill it. That was a great Welcome to Outlands experience.
