Hunters are getting some changes in SV and was wondering if we would be getting afree respec trying to save 50 gold here.

Look back to the last patch and then ask a druid if they got a free respec.

Yeah, all the improvemens made people really wan o spec into feral, but we didnt get the free respec.

In the past, I've seen it noted even on test-version notes whether there was a respec, so I wouldn't bank on it.

Also, respecs are typically only granted when there are talent changes that make a structural change in the trees that could lead to "illegal" specs otherwise. For example, if a talent is reduced from a potential 5/5 points to 3/3 points, you could end up in a situation where you have a talent further down in the tree but didn't actually spend enough points to get there. That would require a free respec to resolve the problem.

If you aren't getting changes of that nature, than a respec is unlikely.

I respec 3 times a week, I'm sure you can afford one!

Feral Druids? You broke their build by overhauling their talent tree AND denied them a respec.

Personally i would rather have decent changes to our Raid DPS and some sort of Raid viability and contribution in exchange for Free Respecs....

So, making sap into imp sap doesn't warrant a freebie respec?

unless its a priest build you are ruining, then no respecs will be given no matter what

Accordingly, all shaman will have the opportunity to change classes based upon spec at 12 am P.S.T the date before Patch 2.1 as reported in the Armory. Elemental shaman will have the opportunity to change to the mage or warlock class, enhancement shaman will have the opportunity to change to the rogue or warrior class and restoration shaman will have the opportunity to change to the priest class.
