Just giving a quick breakdown of what to expect in Black Temple ...pictures included. I'd recommend going to www.worldofraids.com and getting their diagram of how Black Temple goes because it's a good way to follow along (and can add to what you're seeing here).
You zone in at a little crack in the wall on the right side of this huge looking door you can't go over. This effectively puts you in the Karabor Sewers. People have been able to get all the way to the first boss just by ninja'ing your way around. To get to the first boss, you take a right up a ramp and then a left up another ramp. Most of the trash you don't even have to pull it seems like (not sure if the boss calls for support ... which would force you to clear everything ... or not).

He comes with 2 adds that appears to be nature based (looks just like the Aqueous Lord's). Due to the proximity of trash mobs around him, I assume that he has a short agro range. After killing him, you continue directly behind him through a small pipe (smaller than Gluth's pipe but doesn't have any obstacles). You'll meet up with a grate... into a courtyard.

In this courtyard, you come into a lot of random orcs that seem to come in rather large packs. You also have Windrider dudes flying overhead that I believe you will have to pull & kill. After clearing the majority of this courtyard (you can see the courtyard from outside the instance but no mobs are there & you can't fly over it) you come to Supremus...

Behind him is a locked door that I believe will open up once you kill him. This is how you get into the main room. Here's a picture of the other side of the door.

That entire wing is pretty much the room you fight the boss in, so it's very short.
At the NE corner, you clear 3 rooms of trash, this is a screenie of the end of the trash:

You then enter to see 2 pulls of 2 Hand of Gorefiend mobs. Not sure if they agro Teron Gorefiend when they agro or not...

Over the ledge is the "HUB" room from earlier, and directly across the way if a balcony that leads to the Illidari Council & Illidan Stormrage. The NW corner (of the World of Raids Diagram) shows a hallway that leads to the right which you come into a room...

I assume this is a Drake of sorts (like a Sapphiron or Netherspite clone). Going east, you clear some rooms of trash & meet up with Gurtogg Bloodboil:

Going into the west wing is definitely the most time consuming of all the other wings. You enter into what my friend & I only explained it as "the porno rooms". Lots of Concubines, Enslaves Servants, & things of that nature. Pulls appear rather simple. You clear the room, then go up a ramp onto the balcony (across from Teron Gorefiend).

You can see that the exit where the Succubus are lead into a courtyard.

At the top of those stairs, you meet up with a lot of Priestess of Dementia (which look like the 6'armed mobs from Hellfire Peninsula). At the end of the courtyard, you meet up with Mother Shahraz.

To the right is a door where you go up some more stairs/ramps and after probably 2 rooms of clears you come into a room of the Illidari Council.

From this spot, I believe it'll be like Chromaggus where once you kill them all you have left is Illidan Stormrage. Also from this point, you can "/tar Illidan Stormrage" but I was not able to Mind Vision him. There are 2 entrances to Illidan's platform (above this room of the Illidari Council) which can be found on the sides of the Illidari Council room.
