The bulk of the BlizzCon tickets we had available were sold out within minutes of ticket sales going live again this afternoon. We have a small reserve of tickets left -- to make these available to some of you who might not have had a chance to purchase yet, we will be releasing the remaining reserve tickets for sale tonight, August 12, at 8:00 PM PDT. We appreciate the enthusiasm everyone has shown, and wish we were able to accommodate even more attendees at this year’s BlizzCon.
How can you expect a FAIR sale of tickets if I created an account on your store website the NIGHT before the tickets were suppose to be sold AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOG IN SINCE?!
Then you somehow allowed sales of tickets over the phone...while I was at work, at a BANK mind you, stopping $55,000 worth of fraud today.
The truth is all the people who truly wanted to go to Blizzcon got robbed today...and your tickets were purchase by scalpers who dont have REAL JOBS they have all day EVERY DAY to sit at the computer and refresh websites while the rest of us who work hard and dont get paid enough WENT TO WORK...to come back home and see this complete ********.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sold out - please contact BBB and hope for that class action, like we'll get somewhere against a company worth so much money that they dont give a **** about their customers.
Wow, this really was a waste of 2 full days. Well, umm, guess I'll pray and spray for 8pm.
EDIT: I hope next time you sell something in mass like this you let your IT guys take a look at the forums. At one point today before 1pm, I had my tickets in my cart, clicked confirm and it said the item you are trying to purchase is no longer in your cart.
EDIT again: Please admit if any tickets were or were not sold over the phone.
EDIT: By the way, most of the store website still ends in XML errors, I can't even view my orders to see for sure that I have zero orders. Please have the website fixed for the 8pm last chance.
EDIT: And one last wish, can you please have the website working tonight? I'll be really pissed if I get one of the tickets in my shopping cart just to get an error at confirmation again. Can you also confirm how the tickets will be sold? Through the store again I imagine?

In any case, I'm glad as hell to have my tickets. Order confirmation email, listed under order history, and my credit card has been charged, it APPEARS I'm good-to-go. Of course, all sorts of things can still go wrong, so I'm still incredibly uneasy. O_o

So the 7 confirmation steps I had yesterday, clicking accept, and having your website fail = TOO BAD? Because you underestimated how fast the tickets would sell even AFTER announcing a mount would be in the goody bag? Are you serious here? I ordered our tickets. 7 or 8 times. It was failure on YOUR part that is making it so that I do not have tickets. It is not my fault, since we actually did, in fact order them.
