Arena is hard in the way that you go into Kara and end up fighting Kael'thas because he managed to manipulate the raiding system and is roflstomping you to earn gold given to him by Malchezaar. -Valca

Automation: One key press does more than one thing per client. (ie. 5 actions on each client running per key press)
Not-automation: One key press does one thing per client. (ie. 1 action on each client running per key press)

Q u o t e: Basically, im wondering if using Keyclone to send the same signal to multiple clients with one keypress is acceptable.
Im looking for a solid yes or no answer here :P
Yup, keyclone is fine.
Just make absolutely certain that you're not making more than one keypress (for the purposes of the word 'keypress' this includes a single key press AND release with no delays), or including delays between key-presses with each action.
Essentially, if you could legally create the command as a functional macro within the default user interface, then it should be okay.

Q u o t e: Playing 5 characters at once totally doesn't go against the essence of the game.
I would rather face 1 guy playing 5 characters than 5 guys playing 5 characters.
I multi box and multi tasking is very hard to do. 5 guys on vent with be more effective with the appropriate coordination and teamwork.
Either way if its just you going against 1 guy controlling 5 characters do you really think the outcome would be any different if it were 5 characters individually controlled?

Ah ok, thanks, so basically if I press "J" on the main account, its fine as long as "J" and only "J" is sent to the other clients via-keyclone?

Right! And as long as the events that single key-press triggers on the other clients wouldn't violate our policies regarding automation =).
