Let's fix the set bonus bugs on Tier 4 and Tier 5, eh?

For example, the Warlock Tier 4 set that doesn't proc on any dot or channeled spell casts?

Or even fix the priest class trinket that doesn't proc on shadow word pain or mindflay?

Eh?

You assume that development is compartmentalized to the point that excludes multiple projects and duties. There are many irons in the fire and work is being done on many levels from adjusting item stats to fixing bugs to future development plans. Worry not my friend.

"Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?"
"You must be,or you wouldn't have come here."

Actually, that makes me worry more. When you have multiple people working on the same thing, you end up with some really wonky end results.

Actually, wherever you have multiple people period, you end up with some really wonky end results.

As a counterpoint, there do seem to be a lot of things that say "Lets focus on releasing X to draw attention away from the Problem with Y."

It'll be fixed next content patch, folks!

This is true.
They gave each dev a "Nerf Bat" when they were asked to "make druids playable"... you saw what happened there.

Yup.

Perfect example: the current LFG tool. The players knew that wouldnt work and it's broke and they refused to listen. NOW they are finally getting around to doing something and I have complete faith the new tool will suck just as bad as this one does. Sometimes they don't seem to 'get it'. Possibly because they are working on so many different things at a time a lot of stuff simply slips through the cracks.

Let me ask this then...How many people have you had working on the hunter sets. Some of the set bonuses seem to merely paint over some of the bugs you haven't fixed with the class.

No, in other words: half the staff is working on high end raid content that 10% of the playerbase will ever see.

It's a lot easier to point fingers when we assume there are only 10 of you, though. You, Eyonix, Drysc, Coreiel and Tseric troll the forums. Hortus fixes the bugs. Tigole designs all the content, and Furor designs all the classes. Kalgan sits in his office full of Blizzard action figures and yells at people who get behind schedule. Caydiem is kept alive as a brain in a vat of Mountain Dew over by the water cooler because that creeps out the people who would otherwise just stand there chatting. It's a nice simple structure that lets us dish out blame with optimum efficiency.

Multiple people work on focused projects at various levels. It's not one person standing at a machine pulling random levers, I assure you.
