bought myself a riding crop today and i love it, but what does / doesnt it stack with? i.e mithril spurs, the enchant ect.

Max movement speed increasement is 10%, unless you're with a paladin

It doesn't stack with other things, like Carrot on a Stick. It was designed as a consolidation of movement increase items to reduce inventory clutter.

For god's sakes, just put "DOES NOT STACK WITH OTHER MOVEMENT INCREASING EFFECTS" into the tooltip.

Does the minor speed stat that comes with certain headpeices, stack with run speed enchant, and if not, which wins?

Doesn't the item say "Does not stack" in some fashion?
