Enough defense rating= immune to daze= immune to dismount.
It's laughable really. With my prot gear on I can do laps of ironforge, my troll regeneration racial healing me for more than the guards do (with riding crop on). And by the time they cast the net I'm out of range of it (Thanks again, riding crop!)

I got everything explored except that lake in the mountains of wetlands.
Its on the bottom of the screen near where the spider cavern is. I'm told that you have to get up on the airport and jump down but I thought that blizzard bans you for being up at the airport.

That one is just time consuming. Still quite easy. Horde hunters used to make a game of it at level 10 to get through darnassus in order to get an owl for their first pet in tedrissil.

Just to make sure this clear, this achievement is definitely doable by both factions. You will be able to see which zones you haven't fully explored so you can focus on those areas if you want to complete all of them. Yes, exploring the capital cities of the opposing faction can be a little challenging, but so is killing the faction leaders - it just depends on how much effort you plan to put into it.
