Got mine for 75g and seen them for as cheap as 50g
Its BOE and can be used at 36. I'm 47 and have not found a none epic replacement. The mitigation is huge, and the proc is always helpful. good for putting a high level spike on since you will be using it for at least 10+ Levels and then can replace it with Wall of the Dead or Skullflame Shield. (if you can find one cheap)

level 46-48 Oozes in hinterlands are perfect for the level.

serious question:

if i healbot for a mate of mine, would he be able to 2h reckoning, with a crapload of mobs on him? i understand that one of the powers of this build is getting hit, to produce some reckoning force.. and also blocking, to produce some damaging goodness, with mitigation.

however with a 2 hander, and a healer behind you, would this go even faster? or have i missed an important detail?

I started aoe grinding with my paladin at level 39 in tanaris did it for 6hr got my self to level 47 now im grinding on undead in wpl for a little over 3hrs and im now 52 and it has been working great.I just got myself some brd gear and i cant wait to equip my skullflame shield with thorium shield spike,force of will and hand of justice now all i need is a really good main hand im using sword of omen atm.What would be the best weapon to use in the early 50s?

i also forgot i have nagle ring that i think is also a great aoe item

Just for curiosity, why would you put talent points on Toughness over Anticipation? Won't Anticipation make thing easier when we go against the higher level mobs?
