You should add http://www.thottbot.com/i7747 for recommended shields. It's Horde only, but still very nice for the new Blood Elf Paladins.

I've greatly been enjoying protspec. It's allowed me to take on some pretty crazy stuff that I probably wouldn't be able to take on normally; for instance, I was fighting two ogres in Badlands and I see that rare giant Anathemus lumber by, so I tag him too. Was a hell of a fight but I managed to kill him. However, I don't seem to end most normal fights with as much health as most people say they do. I'm currently killing pirates in Tanaris and with only three or four and with Seal and Judgement of Light my health sometimes dips pretty low. I don't find myself having much mana trouble, even with Holy Shield, however. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

You can get the Thrash Blade quest at level 45. You'll need help getting it, of course, but I'm quite enjoying mine. Combined with a Fiery Blaze enchant (which I don't think Horde have an equivalent to, sadly), it's pretty awesome.

I'm at level 41 right now...

i find that i have mainly strength and stamina gear, although i do have around +16 intellect.

I was just wondering how you guys do your leveling...

i find that for example if I'm 40 and going against mobs my level, i pull 4-5 and immedaitely judge SOL and then rebuff SOL. I find myself using SoW a lot less and now with holy shield and consecration costing more, having less INT is really starting to show.

Any tips?

Should i judge SOL and use SOW or vice versa? thanks guys

I"m level 38, and I'm about to start grinding in Badlands, or at least until 39 have an alternative spot to AoE grind. Could somebody be more specific on good spots in the Badlands? Thanks.

elementals in badlands near Kargath are good to grind xp for. just make rounds and the respawn rate should just be perfect... im 42 now and it was a great spot to grind... i swear my av can never catch up to my current level :D

... i am having probs at 42 though... the murlocs in SoS are too much to handle due to the ink debuff... any suggestions?

EDIT: Found an alternative spot to grind at 42... in STV, Elder Gorillas which are lv 40-41 are pretty decent to grind as its first and foremost, a pre-requisite for the Stranglethorn Fever quest... then they're a modest 250xp per gorilla at 42... this'll probably hold me over till i dont have to go for those SoS murlocs anymore

Oh, and I'm still using my Green Tower that was given to me, since level 36. Any shields I should be aware of? I haven't really come across anything better yet.

I'm not a big fan of grinding, and it looks like there's such a limited number of grinding spots that have just melee mobs, but this spec looks interesting.

What kind of sustained experience per hour rate are people getting doing aoe grinding?

I've found this strat to be even more successful when teamed up with a feral druid.

Anyway, I've run into a slight problem. I'm level 61 now and still running around with a Hanzo sword. Does anyone have any suggestions? I found a blue sword at the Honor Hold QM but it is a speed of 2.0. Will going from 1.5 to 2.0 hinder my ability to use this build?

Any sword upgrade suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm now 43 - and have no decent places to grind. Any idea's?

A good grinding spot for 31-34 would also be the Dabyrie Farmstead in Arathi Highlands (Not sure if it's horde only.)
