We will be issuing rolling restarts for all realms at 5:00 AM PST, February 15 to apply a hotfix that will address an issue with the Druid ability Entangling Roots occasionally not working properly.

You are doing a HOTFIX for entangling roots sometimes not working, but arcane missiles has been bugged for a couple months now (20% DPS NERF) and it can't even be patched?

OMG.. one little skill, that doesn't break your class is broke by a 20% nerf..

Roots was 99% broken.
Little whiny mage.
If this roots bug only showed up once out of 5 casts, we would be a little unhappy, but could live with it.

Some of you QQers are ridiculous. Roots simply isn't working at all on over 90% of mobs. Had this happened to Poly, Frost Nova, Fear, Blind, or Ice Trap these forums would be completely overrun with tears demanding an instafix.
