Actually what the heck is it? I've seen some items that have bonuses to "Spell Haste Rating". It doesn't show up on your character sheet.

Does this actually increase your casting speed for all spells, and by how much? Is there a cap? What do we know about this?

With all the damage going around these days, having high HPS as a healer is good for PVP. I would like to know more about spell haste.

Plus it would make counterspell-ing harder.
The casual PVPer with crap gear ---> slowly becomes ---> the casual PVPer with better gear.

Seen a couple trinkets with it, seems like a cool stat for healers.

At level 70, you'll need 15.8 points to gain a 1% reduction of cast time.
Check timestamps so that you don't end up talking to someone eight hours in the past who simply isn't listening...
