Just finished watching the trailer video and have reading the fan sites. I hope blizz has a lot more up its sleeve than that. Walrus people and a whale! Woo! That’s what I have been waiting for! Almost all the models shown were just old models reskinned or recolored. Heck some weren’t even recolored. If this was their big unveiling for WOtLK color me unimpressed.

Keep thinking it's just a whale. ;)
There will be new models, updated models, models that look familiar etc. Remember, it's all a part of Azeroth and there are often variations of familiar creatures from other regions that may have adapted to the northern reaches. We're working to create variation both in the terrain and in the creatures you encounter, but there is no doubt that some familiarity will be there as well.
The consensus seemed to be that if really large numbers of men were sent to storm the mountain, then enough might survive the rocks to take the citadel.

The whale model has been in the game since Beta, too. I do wish they'd upgrade the general player models though =\

Q u o t e: I was kind of disapointed to see those Dragons from Winterspring flying around, also the Felhunters.
Yeah. Just like the Keepers of Time dragons are just gold
that's why the outland dragons were cool cause they had a different model
I mean imagine. What if the Blue Dragons in Outlands had almost transparent frosted ice wings and their tail was like a ice glacier spike and some of their scales had a mirror shimmer to them

Some part of me keeps hoping that they'll eventually upgrade the totem graphics. But then I remember that Shaman is a class that is dead to the Blizz dez team and until I learn to reroll a rogue I'll just have to use the Totem of Spirits quest item everytime I want awesome totems.
" Nonsense, clearly nostalgia speaking. There was obviously nothing appealing about WoW until arenas manhandled class balance! -Cruce

The keepers of time are of the Bronze Dragonflight. Would make no sense for them to be any other color.

All i know is this, if Malygos, the leader of the blue dragonflight doesnt have his own attack animations/spell animations/different looking dragon altogether, I'll will be somewhat pissed.
Same if Arthas fights like any human holding a 2-hander.

Can we get a teeny-tiny peek at the Oracles?
That description in Eurogamer.net has awakened a powerful curiosity in me.

Will any of these new/updated models be high texture models?
