0. Mail Issue Update - 12/21 12/20/2006 11:12:14 PM PST

*12:00 PM PST- All mail appears to be functioning normally on all realms.

*Mail appears to be functioning normally after applying a small hotfix and performing rolling restarts this morning. There is still some investigation going on to verify that this is functioning on all realms correctly.

We're aware that players may be unable to send mail to other players and will receive the error "You have reached the in-game cap of unique mail recipients" and/or "Target is unfriendly".

This issue is being investigated and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible, but there is no current estimate for its resolution at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Just seems to be happening on certain servers

Any way to put in an option to only recieve mail from people on friends and guild lists?

that idea is stupid..

if you're a crafter, say some random is sending you mats for something.
he's not on your list.
he can't send you?

The idea was to limit getting mail only from people on your friends list. Want to buy something COD, or have someone else buy COD? Add to friends list if the filter is turned on.

Just a heads up to everyone...

I was having this problem, and I logged into the alt to whom I was trying to send mail, cleared out his mailbox, then relogged on the original toon. I was able to mail to my alt after that.
