2nd Question how exactly are "inactive teams determined"? I am asking this question because my arena partner and I are close to gladiator range and I do remember some talk about Blizzard not granting "inactive teams" gladiator rank to prevent sleeper teams (a team that move up the ladder very fast early in the season and then sits on the rating w/o playing for a long time). from making top end play stale.

None of my teams have updated in 2 weeks either. Although the only one that's changed much is 5v5. Armory and team rating for me sometimes takes 2 weeks to update.

You don't have any exact details regarding how you decide inactive teams? isn't that something you did last season?
