it was stated several times by blizzard that there would be a special title (i.e. along the lines of knight, blood guard, warlod, etc) for players exalted with all 3 battleground factions. currently there is no way that i know of to get this title in-game. (im exalted with all 3). could you elaborate on this a little, is the title coming later? or do we have to do something special to get it? thanks.

No, it was not. What was stated was that there would be a special title for players exalted with all battleground factions, not all three.
You need to get exalted with all four factions to get it. The fourth is not available at all until you are at least 61st level.

The 'exalted with all three battlegrounds' title is not currently displaying due to a known issue which is currently slated to be addressed in a future patch.
