Um... I really AM glad to hear it. I find the mage incredibly dull, & I have 2 rogues I adore. They're so much more interesting, so much more to DO than to stand there with various cast times. I'm loving both rogues (one on each faction) - oddly, they come in second to my 2 paladins, an opposite spectrum kind of thing.

I'm building up my little gnome rogue to replace this mage, & just redid so she'll be an enchanter, too.

So... thank you Blizzard, also, from a mage... who prefers being a rogue.

Try fighting a frost mage as a rogue. Good luck.

Just because it's been there forever doesn't mean it's a good thing. And no, people didn't decide to "suddenly start crying" about it; there have been discussions on it forever. Where have you been?

Lol! Apparently he doesn't fail when he's against a caster, but try it against a Paladin or Warrior.

the OP is clearly a caster who happens to have a rogue and claim they are overpowered because he gets owned by them. Casters are fine, most of their damage comes from instant attacks which is even getting buffed in 2.4 with spellhaste buff.
