Give that title to everyone that won at least 2 Fishing Contests.

They should have both items from contest, and at least 1 of the Rare Fish stuff.

I seriously agree with this! Such a great idea! I would say have it set to 1 contest win, maybe a second title like "Two Time Master Angler" for winning the second. I'd be incredibly happy with just 'Master Angler' though!

My Knight-Lieutenant rank is getting really old.

If you have won the fishing contest MORE than twice, you are a jerk. All you need is twice to get the fishing pole and the trinket. If you've won twice, let someone else win!

A title for winning 1 or 2 times, sure. But scratch the "or more" part.
