how many people raided?

A couple hundred, not sure of the specifics. It was the majority of the PAA, though, broken down into raids by guild.

we were too busy killing big monsters to worry about PAA scrubs in org. But at least a bunch of them got to experience what it is like to take down a "raid" boss.

I guess it is a lot easier to kill a city full or lowbies and noobs during peak raid hours than trying to take down raiding guilds and getting owned in a matter of seconds.

really? thanks for the update. I totally didn't know that... I thought the guild progression thread was a hoax.

Doesn't really matter though, because Malice still mops the floor with PAA and you know it and <3 us for it.

i don't know about the alliance, but orgrimmar does not have 900+ people during "peak" hours, most of them are in mc,bwl,aq40,naxx etc...

How exactly would one go about taking down an entire guild anyway? Some sort of epic 40 vs 40 battle that will never happen?

Seems to me like the only way to really accomplish that would be to crash an entire continent. Oh wait...
