The quest item needed for Capturing the Keystone doesn't drop on heroic difficulty.

A) Add to the quest description that it must be done on regular difficulty.

or

B) Let Commander Sarannis drop the item on heroic.

Please fix this so that people don't waste their time trying to complete this quest while getting a few badges.

I did every shattered halls (reg) quest on heroic difficulty...I don't understand why this doesn't work the same way.
