Have it dispel in stacks instead of the whole thing?
What's the resist rate to dispels on this thing anyway?
Also make stormstrike convert 20% of the healing done into damage to the healer casting the spell and give shamanistic rage a ridiculous spell resist for dispel and make you 60% more likely to resist CC.

One thing that will help is that in patch 2.4, healing grace will reduce the chance that all of your spells will be dispelled by 10/20/30%.
