Edit: Hortus stated that "Orc shoulders will be fixed with the release of the next major patch." I have not yet seen a Blue state that 2.2 was the next major patch and nothing about an Orc shoulder fix was released in the patch notes but these screen shots show that a GM confirmed 2.2 is our next major patch.

I want to point out the Irony in the GM's statement in the last screen shot. He mentioned how release dates of patches will be moved on a notice of something that is not right. Then how the hell did they release the last patch.

It was a bug that slipped in when they shipped the patch. As an aesthetic fix, it's minor in terms of holding up game fixes. If it's the difference between a boss not working or orcs having to wait longer for shoulders to be larger, I think the right choice is to get the GAME fixed foremost.

Shoulders were reported the day the PTR went live. What exactly did they fix in the last patch that was so necessary to release it, oh i forgot warlock wand animations. gg

More then likely the minor patch was ready to roll out, the PTR didn't really change anything. The UPCOMING patch, however, is a much larger set of changes. Fixing the shoulders wouldn't have set back 2.1.3 but 2.2.0.

kk i may have inferred from hortus' post however. Hortus said next major patch that orc shoulders would be fixed. GM confirmed that 2.2 is next major patch. Thats the most concrete thing I can find that any Blizzard Rep has stated thus far.

I just jumped in the latest 2.2 build to confirm that the fix that went in last night appears to be working. The next PTR update should include the fix if you want to check it out for yourselves.
Their system of oppression, what did it lead to? Global robot depression.

No, it was a "bug" they knew full well about for two+ weeks on the PTR.
