You can work around the click cache bug by calling GetClickFrame("YourFrameName") right after you create the frame, this primes the cache (and returns the initial tainted value in a place where it doesn't matter).

#showtooltip Kidney Shot
/script GetClickFrame("BT3Button59")
/click BT3Button59
/cast Kidney Shot

fixed the problem :)
