Hated reputation with steamweedle cartel (from bloodsail buccaneer reputation quests).
Several of the Arena vendors and related NPCs are hostile towards me and cannot be used to purchase arena gear or sign up teams because they have various steamweedle cartel affiliations most notebly the vendors at the arenas in BEM and Nagrand. Either this is accidental or improperly implemented since the vendors/npc in area 52 are both friendly but in BEM one is friendly and accessible while the other is hostile and in-accessible.

Not to hyjack here, but...So what happens when you get rep up with the priates. All goblins hate you? Does this mean you can not use booty bay, area 51, ratchet and so on?

The cartel hates us, Area 52 bruisers and Arena vendors were never part of the Cartel, now I kill them

Getting to friendly with the buccaneers allows you to geyt two quest that give you a bloosaidl admiral outfit its just a pirate costume and a red pirate hat that has a "use: summon parote".
The point being that while yes the arena NPCs are goblins I believed their not supposed to be aligned with the cartel so that they are accesible regardless of rep. Being that some have a "sub-faction" makes them hostile to me (or other bloosail buc-O-neers) and would thusly deny ppl acess to the arena and arena gear. I doubt that is an intended consequence for doing the bloodsail repitation.

Which specific Arena NPCs are not friendly to you? Some arena NPCs are intended to be on goblin factions and hostile to Bloodsail Buccaneers, but there should be at least one vendor and one arena master that is friendly to everyone.

I will go look, but I guess i don't understand the point of having the "Arena" vendors being half and half. I would think that you would want the gear accesible or /spit on bloodsail ppl and not be accessible at all.
2 arena npcs at the Circle of Blood in Blades Edge Mountains.
- Steamwheedle Sam < arena organizer > has gadgetzan affiliation
- Meminnie , current season 3 arena gear vendor also has gadgetzan affiliation.
I guess these are the only two i have encountered this with since the ones in area52 and Nagrand are all unaligned and still friendly. I believed that these two may have been accidently flagged as gadgetzan goblins.
