However, I cannot yet say whether it will address any of our tanking itemization issues. It may after all be a cat dps set with low armor. Regardless it is encouraging at least. No matter what we will still need upgrades for Warden Staff and the two trinkets.

Right, thats been my point all along. Its too early to claim that we dont have any itemization in the expansion. Give it some more time before the depression sets in.

Hmmmmm...ok I will wait until the level cap is raised to 70. But I had better start seeing some goodies for the bear tanks soon.

Too early? The predicted release date is about 1 month later, and to fix the pre-70 itemization is quite a huge work, and there are tons of class, game play bugs need to be adressed before release too.

Yeah, nothing to worry about at all, except crap-for-damage, LoLtreeform, crappy trents which nobody even bothers mentioning, still low survivability in cat form, that sort of stuff, nothing at all, yay

Many main tank druids are still very nervous about the new availible tanking gear. Obiously those in my position, check my sig for gear, are not expecting to see upgrades right out of the gate as we hand picked our gear from the best of the best availible in all of the instances to this point. However we do need to bring up the fact that raw armor is very important to feral tanking druids, to this end it would be very helpful if a set of jewels were introduced with plus armor that would add to the base armor value of items or have enchants and armor kits be multiplied by our bear/oomkin bonus while in those forms.
