First time i've had to queue since the release of WoW before I quit.

Would this be because of the start of the Holidays?

We've been seeing some fairly decent queues since 2.3 for about 10 or so realms, but nothing we were too alarmed about. Being the first day of Season 3, with all the shiny new epics, etc. etc. I would fully expect the populations for all realms to go up substantially.

We have raised some of the maximum population caps on a few realms that were hitting regular queues just from 2.3. If it's required we can do the same for more realms, or take some other action to help bring populations back in-line.

They're all trapped in the system. Unbeknownst to them they're trapped with no glass.

sitting in a 30 minute queue right now on dath'remar and it's passed peak time.

Aman'thul has been getting a long queue every night for the past 2 weeks now, this problem was temporarily fixed with free transfers to Nagrand. Dath'remar is starting to get queues and whenever I log on to my Oceanic server, I see about 4 of the realms on "Locked" status.

It's a shame a new realm wouldn't be the solution since I'm sure all the Americans would roll on it simply because it's new.

More absorbant than the regular rippled brand, fa' sure! What you use to love, now you're going to adore! DAH DAH DAHHHHHH!!
