Hey, I noticed that Neth is poking around the forums right now so I'm hoping she reads this. Are the 2v2 queue times being looked into? As it is right now I can go pick a few stacks of herbs outside shatt by the time 10 games get done.

There's a limitation on how many games can run at the same time, and while we're always looking to expand and improve our infrastructure to 'give some extra slack' to those types of restrictions, there are no current plans to see an increased amount of games running.
We recommend playing in the larger team sizes, or outside of the peak play times. 2v2 teams are obviously the most abundant, and if you just go up one team size to 3v3 or play before or after the peak ~5PM-9PM, you should have an easier time.
They're all trapped in the system. Unbeknownst to them they're trapped with no glass.
Hello there

Even at offpeak times ques on Ruin are still 7 minutes plus due to the size of the Battlegroup.

Sorry -- if this is a problem then the servers need to be upgraded. Blizzard has the revenue. This is not an excuse.

Actually, they are not. Try 8am EST, they are < 1 min. Just don't tell anyone OK? We will just keep this between you me and anyone who reads the General Forum.

Bad response. Bad Bad. Let use pay for your game and work around our own real life so we can play during non-peak hours. What kinda crap is that.

Thanks for the quick response, Drysc. I didn't know that's how it worked. What would it take in order to allow more games to be played? Would you mind passing on the concern to the dev's and maybe have it at least "looked into" by them for 2.4? Thanks :p

Blizzard is a business, and their goal is to make money. What is not their goal is to merely break even and spend their extra money as you see fit.
You think they're going to be making money once they start losing customers who are tired of waiting in Shattrath because of que times? This is no different then last December before servers were upgraded and there were 300+ que times just to login on my realm and many others. They remedied that pretty darn quickly with all the complaints.

My 15 bucks a month goes to pay for you to have enough technological capabilities to play when I see fit. Limiting games is something you do on a free game, not on a pay per month MMO. Are you guys serious?
