No one KNOWS, because nothing is in beta or has a beta announced yet.

But since Starcraft 2 and Wrath of the Lich King are the two upcoming games, I'd say safe bet it's one of those... whichever hits beta 1st I imagine.

I doubt it's Diablo 3, since for all intents and purposes, Diablo 3 doesn't even exist yet. Diablo 3 is only speculation at this point.

Check out the Blizzard Jobs page: http://www.blizzard.com/jobopp/
Several of the jobs there have a TOP SECRET icon, which I think is a fairly recent addition (they used to have no icon at all). Some of those say they are for a "next-gen MMO" but the others specifically mention Diablo 1 and 2 in the descriptions.

Of course the beta key won't be for that, but I think it's some decent evidence that something's in the works at least.
