Supposedly dmg is increased by 20% against mobs at 35% or lower health.
Anyone notice if this is actually working on the PTR?
It wasnt working with existing garrote/ruptures when the mobs hit 35% health. This leads me to believe that if it works, it would only work on dots you place after the mobs is at 35% health. Need to test this.
Also, used Hemo as standard attack and didnt see a 20% improvement in dmg. Didn't do enough tests on this but am curious as to the findings others are seeing.

When you get the mob under 35% I'm thinking it gives you an invisible buff. So you would have to re-bleed them for the correct ticks since bleeds only vary once they're on based on debuffs and not buffs. If you get new buffs you need a new bleed.
A fun experiment is stealth around 'til someone drops below 35% health and then SS Ambush them. Good times.

You're missing the point that even with the Dirty Deeds change a Shadowstep build will still fail at producing DPS. If anything you will still be lucky to be just barely above the tanks on total damage.

It works...I hit a mage with an almost 2k eviscerate and i only had 3 combo points. It doesn't show the buff, but it definitely has bigger hit. I am 5/32/24.

What do you guys think of vanishing when your opponent is at 30% HP then shadowstep(+20% dmg to ambush), then u get master of sub buff(+10% dmg before and 6 secs after u break stealh) then dirty deeds buff(+20%) what do you guys think the dmg with ambush would be?
Also i think the Dirty deeds buff will only majorly affect PvE since if your target is lets say at 20% you gain the buff a healer can easily throw and insta heal or a quick heal bringing him up past the mark and you lose the debuff which IMO will be pretty useless against healer grps. They should make it that when you get a mob or person below the % of HP needed to set dirty deeds off you gain the buff for 10-15 secs and keeps getting refreshed if the target is below the said % to gain the DD buff.
Q u o t e: Is that an Illusionary Rod, or are you just happy to see me?

Q u o t e: I instantly notice a difference in damage when my target hits 35%, I'm hemo (maces) and whats nice about being hemo is it is considered a special ability therefore ALL of my hits (as long as the target has the hemo debuff on them) hit harder when they are at 35%-. Anyother spec besides hemo will not see an increase in white damage because it is simply not a special ability, you must use one of your abilities to see the damage increase on it. (i.e. ambush)
