Im really excited about these buffs and i hope the cry babies dont ruin it and they decide not to implement MS debuff.
If they add MS to aimed shot it will give hunters a good chance to beat locks and spriests. And it will make killing all healer classes go alot faster.

I agree... anything is better than nothing! :).. So what if the arena performance with these buffs us ~nothing. =).\
But btw, as far as i know the locks drain life is not affected by MS debuff, not sure if siphon is tho.

In Arena there is not enough room for hunters to shoot and the cooldown abilities hunters have to go in range of an enemy are 1/10 of the abilities enemy have to keep hunter in melee...
Why do you want to keep the deadzone, what's the point of it?
We're planning to shrink the min range on ranged attacks to reduce or eliminate the "dead zone". The only point to the dead zone was to ensure the min range on ranged weapons was enough such that ranged weapon attacks wouldn't be used while also being melee'd (at least by mobs... players have a bit of slush built in).

Hell yes, players have a bit of slush built-in, see the sig! Good news, btw!
A meleer can hit you from 5 yards (15 feet). A Hunter cannot shoot you standing 7 yards from you (21 feet). What's wrong with this picture?

If you guys do this, will all our CC tools be left unchanged? AKA concussive, wingclip, scatter. All that jazz. Please say yes, Ive always been worried if you guys changed the deadzone that you would remove some cc tools. Its just a personal phobia lol any input would be nice thank you!

The minimum range when you have two Taurens fighting compared to when I'm trying to shoot a gnome is huge, and it makes it so I can't even shoot other Tauren in the Ruins of Lordaeron rooms.

It is nothing short of amazing how much QQing has gone on already from hunters. If aimed shot becomes useable for more than an opening shot while also helping out in the arena and deadzone being reduced or eliminated wtf will people have to complain about. I love how people complain before the patch is even out.
I am curious about the status of pet abilities. If they plan on making them unique where there is a viable reason to have everytype of pet or at least a unique ability for each pet making it bring something unqiue to the table.

That's good to hear.
That's all we have always asked: we don't want to use shots in melee but being able to always do something and not be a dead chicken in the 5-8 yards range :)
