So when you unluck the Death Knight for the first time it's account wide. Meaning you only have to do it once on your entire account to get a Death Knight on any server or faction. My question is, when Blizzard releases new servers wouldn't that be unfair since the Death Knight will start out at a higher level?

I think this is one of those situations where we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

I seriously doubt there will ever be new servers again. I mean, look at all the dead ones we have now.

And yeah, seems like a weird situation. Lots of cross-server alts will be DK's even after the newness wears off just because being a DK won't require leveling 1-60 if you find friends somewhere else.

I dont think they will worry too much about it since there are no new plans to open new realms anytime soon. Heck they are probably going to close realms before they open new ones. Well atleast thats what I get from people here on the forums complaining about how their server is dead anyways.

My guess: They'll wait untill someone reaches either the minimum level for Deathknight, or someone must complete the quest on that server for it to be unlocked. Just a guess.

I agree. That sounds like the most fair method. Whether or not they can do it though.. is another point.
