Just wondering if anybody here subsribes to the magazine? I would like to know if it contains Q and A discussions with the developers. Can I read up on the upcoming patches and expansion? Is it better than coming to the forums? Do you get an in game item for signing up for it? (I doubt it, but that would be sweet).

If you subscribe to the mag at the link located, your credit card gets a charge on it from somewhere in Ireland. While I feel relatively confident that this is all on the up and up, they really should warn people about that.

Just to add my 2 cents... it'd be nice to see a couple sample pages rather than just reading about all the amazing things that will be inside each issue.
I mean, if I'm going to buy a magazine with 148 pages of mind-blowing strategies from other players on raids, PvP, and loot rules, I'd be pretty disappointed if they turned out to be common knowledge rehashed into a "pro player's perspective."

Does the magazine feature any Blizzard art, designs, etc.? I see it offers tactics and stuff, but I'm more interested in seeing the visual side of Warcraft, sort of like mini-art books I guess. Or is just information mostly?

Eagerly awaiting mine. Subscribed about a month and a half ago. I'm guessing we'll see the first issue before Christmas.
Also, like the other poster said, I think some preview shots would be great not only for those of us who have subscribed to drool a little more over, but also to entice those on the fence to buy a sub. The information about what the mag entails is pretty lackluster on the web site.

Okay, what most people aren't stating here is that it's made by Future Publishing, in the UK. They were asked by Blizzard to make the magazine, and if they put a single ad into the magazine, the deal was off.
Guess what they did when it was stated like that. They wet themselves in excitement (well....knowing some of the folks from Future Publishing, maybe one did....).
Yeah, all the blather on the website is true, but what's not coming across is the quality of the print. Compare a Future Publishing magazine to its USA equivalent. Feel the paper, and read the quality of the writing. It's completely different. It's actually good, and gives a good critical analysis of the subject (speaking from the view of an ImagineFX magazine subscriber).
While I am an American, there are just some things that the British do better.
