cuz well... nerf sacred shield? ret is garbage in arenas. if they really wanted to nerf "prot/ret" they just need to drop the damage on shield of righteousness by a ton, make it do a ton of threat to make up for the lack of damage, and toss the 100% more damage glyph on avengers shield, make it drop the CD of the shield. and remove the talented silence portion, and make the talents put into it, make it cause more threat.

viola. you gutted prot ret. and at the same time you dont make ret more garbage in arena.

whos leading the dev team? like who makes these decisions that lack any forethought?
whats blizzards design intent for paladins? i dont get these nerfs at all... sacred shield isnt why prot ret does good in arenas. stun on top of high burst 5 stack SoV judge + holy shield slam + HotR topped off with wings shieldtoss, then more SoR + HoTR cuz hes silenced...
