-All armor once broken is permanently broken and becomes vendor trash quality.
-All vendors for repairs are removed, instead repairs must be done by player characters with associated professions and requires extensive amounts of mats to do so. Additionally everytime an item is repaired it loses points to it's maximum durability.
Blacksmithing-Plate and Mail
Leatherworking:Leather and Mail
Tailoring:Cloth and Leather
Magical items:enchanters
-Each time the armor is repaired the enchants and glyping is lost to the item and must be re-cast onto the item.
-Everytime a player dies pvp or pve they lose part of thier soul, reducing thier maximum health by a % each time. Once the player has reached 1 hp as their max thier next death will lead to perma death. The character will be deleted from the player's login menu and will become a ghost haunting the area of their final death. Gravestones will be marked in major city graveyards listing the perma dead for all to see. The dead player names will also become inaccessable to future players, similar to how banned names are.
-Large mobs and raid bosses will now consume fallen player characters upon killing them. When this occurs devoured characters will be unable to be rezzed until the boss is killed. If the boss is not killed before the raid lockout period on tuesday the player becomes permanently dead.
-All mobs will now scale in power dynamically based on player gear levels.
-All instances will now have their own gearscore readers installed. Denying players access to content they do not have a gearscore minimum for.

Break the glass protecting the switch in Mr. Morhaime's office labeled "destruct global World of Warcraft realms" and flip it.
Disclaimer: Such a switch does not actually exist.
Or does it?
...
?
I'm glad I got my suit dry-cleaned before the riots started...

I like how no one has yet noticed that this is just yet ANOTHER "ZOMG Blizz is selling pets for real life money, next week they'll be selling epics and level 80 characters!" slippery slope post. =)
Sure, it's a little more subtle than others, but...

All player characters may now declare war upon any faction including their own player faction. As such you may attack anyone and any NPC with resulting consequences.
