At least on the PTR..

For Icecrown Citadel, we are implementing a spell that will affect every enemy creature in the raid. The spell, called Chill of the Throne, will allow creatures to ignore 20% of the dodge chance of their melee targets. So if a raid's main tank had 30% dodge normally, in Icecrown Citadel they will effectively have 10%.
I know Blizzard mentioned something before about applying this to crit at some point, since most of us will be entering ICC with 65-80% crit raid buffed. I guess another option is to nerf crit through ICC itemization.
Is this inevitable? What other stats might be at stake? Is there a better way to accomplish what Blizzard is testing without going the Radiance route again?

Blizz wants DKs to be the top tanks again, since they have the easiest access to lots of parry.

I am the fulfillment of prophecy.
A god in my own right.
My right hand is lightning and my left is thunder.
My eyes are flame, my heart is ashes.
Look upon me and tremble.

i hope u can shed a little more light on this situation blizz.....cause it seems to me that u are forcing druid tanks to go the way of the dionsaurs.
I hope you guys are aware that druids only have dodge.....you know, the thing ur NERFING!
i mean i dont have a druid, but i have druid tanks that i raid with, and when they see this they are gonna flip. I mean if u dont want drudis to tank....then why give them that option?
I hope you all will be putting some ease to this tension soon. i mean if im not a tank and im mad about this. How do you think the actual tanks feel?

Unless I'm much mistaken, this doesn't affect druids more than other classes in the sense that, for every class, 20% reduced chance to dodge represents an equal quantity of incoming damage. True, paladins/warriors/DKs still have parry, and paladins/warriors also have blocks, but druids will in turn still have higher dodge and armor than other tanks. And since dodge is also a vastly superior form of mitigation to blocking, having more dodge is preferable.
Which isn't to say this won't suck for tanks. I just don't see why druids should feel singled out, mathematically.
When I joined the Lich King, we didn't have any fancy-shmancy souls. We had swords! Two swords, and a runeblade, for the whole Scourge! And we had to share the runeblade.

Classes with under 20% dodge don't get a negative chance to dodge, it just gets set to zero.
Most other tanks aren't sporting huge amounts of dodge.
Apparently quoting CM's gets your signature removed by some angry CM protectorate so I'll quote myself
