The biggest problem I see are helms.

I don't like much the Druid, Rogue, Mage, or Hunter helm so far. Otherwise, I think the sets are fine. Pretty good actually.

Luckily, you can turn the helm graphic off. Unfortunately, for rogues as a "rogue-ish" character would be one who's face is covered, imho. It's that or Cyclops. Tough break.

DK helm isn't my fav. either. Way to spikey tall.

But, otherwise, I'm pleased.

Of course, if it was my choice, I would have put a lot of effort into making an item system that allowed people to use whatever model they liked the most. My Hunter would still be using Beaststalker model and I'd probably still be using my DK starting set gear or the black 25-man Naxx gear.

Or based on what I think of the "token" system, it's like you take it to them to attune (or purify, or whatever word you want to use) the armor to you.

The biggest disapointment was the build up the blues have given it, we need to build up to the best sets wait until IC you will be blown away well we have seen most of the sets and well just like most of LK its lackluster at best.

Ooo, a mage I feel sorry for you. Your gear blows. I think mages should have some of the most aesthetically pleasing gear. I've grown into the lock gear, and the hunter gear is bearable.
I agree blizzard makes some incredibly sucky gear. But some times they make really splendid gear.

Also, what's up with the pally plate dress?

See here I was thinking that old man Fordring and the dragonflights thankful for you whooping up on Arthas and crew might actually go get you some new stuff made in secret forges sanctified to the light, or elune, or by draconic smiths. You know like made of lightforged ingots or the freely given scales of the queen of Wyrmsrest tower. so that thers no chance of it containing residues of saronite, the scourge, etc in exchange for proof of your victory.

I actually like the tier 10, for all the current classes... besides Hunter. And the rogue helm looks odd, but eh.

i agree with op. they could have done way better. Just look at vanilla gear and bc gear...in wotlk everything pretty much looks the same- and by that i mean the gear pretty much looks the same from levels 71-79, and lvl 80 depending on ur class might just be different color of your previous gear. It seems they aren't exaggerating as much as they used to on the design of things. They are trying to make everything to realistic.

while i understand this train of thought because it does do happen, every patch and new things is going to be the worst ever on the forums...

but i havent seen any paladins say they like the new tier 10 look.


im not trying to say the sky is falling and the world is ending, just that the paladin set is ugly.

I can understand Red, Blue, and Purple for Mage Tiers, but what possessed the Art department to make T10 such a horrid color?

come on, I'm sure it's not completely like that. I'm going through the mage tiers right now. I love tier 3, I love tier 5, 6, 7-10, 7-25, 8 is unique but cool...and tier 10 is just.... I don't think it's nearly as good as some of the others. And not a "nice" one at all. (In general, compared to the good/bad mage sets)

I don't know I think most people would agree that tier 5 and 6 were awesome because they actually looked like the class would wear it
