Fascinating conclusion! I left an Alliance guild made up of some employees to play in a Horde guild with some other employees. My death knight's guild doesn't have 4,000+ members. ;)

Was it over a mishap concerning a certain doll? Ummmm.... action figure?

I've never seen a blue call it Heroism. I'm not calling you a liar or anything. I'm just stating this as a stand-alone thing.

Maybe they're used to the term.

It's not like the space goats were around forever. Horde had shaman for years and the term was always "bloodlust" or "RAAAAAWWWWRRRG". but the second one is harder to type fast.

Interesting... we now know that blizzard employee's raid together... my guess is to stay in cognito they pose as French Canadians so no one bothers them, but I digress.

As for most useful class I would go with paladins, due to their single target healing capabilities. However because there is no substitute heroism atm, shamans are needed for any dps race fight in which the raid does not outgear the encounter.

Bloodlust is a level 70 ability.

Alliance has had Heroism just as long as Horde had Bloodlust.

MMOs do not kill each other. They evolve until they lose sight of what made them great in the first place; and eventually kill themselves.

My warlock still holds a special place in my heart. He saw me through my noobish days and taught me how to play. He'll also always be 100% gnome, whereas I faction- and realm-transferred my death knight to play with my coworkers.

I see most people looking for Shamans for healing and damage. After that, Shadow Priests.

Just look at all the end-game guilds for your answer. You will not find a single 25man lacking any of the classes except Hunters. They bring absolutely nothing essential to Heroic attempts. Our guild regularly raids with 0-1 Hunter. Mediocre dps, all "buffs" covered by multiple other classes, and worst threat transfer mechanic currently in game.

Feral druids love warriors.

Well, warriors that are specced right to benefit them.

Hm. Well despite the slight off-topicness of this thread I'd say paladin for sure. One holy is virtually required for serious 25 man raiding. Prot pallies are the best tanks right now. And ret pallies bring nice buffs and generally hold their own on the meters.

I don't think any of that is wrong or op though, except maybe prot paladins.

I'm pretty sure ogre mages in Warcraft 2 had it as well. Can't remember back to Warcraft 1, was just a wee bit lad.

Edit: being on-topic.

Shamans, Paladins, Druids, in that order.

Really it's because Bloodlust is the coolest name for an ability in the game (okay, maybe second coolest after Obliterate), and Heroism is lame... :)
