Any Reason? Is it just an annoyance? It isn't gonna kill anyone in combat while raid healers are around. So just don't AFK for 5 minutes 3 seconds? Sunwell Radiance was there for a reason, whether we liked it or not. This I am not sure.

Pretty sure it's going to either ramp up in it's power the closer you get to the actual Throne or it'll be the little extra tuning fork for the hard modes.

Terrible mechanic, makes mutilate spec even less appealing not being able to get overkill for the first part of the fight.

Maybe the damage wont break stealth? Or put you in combat?

25 Combat log events every 3 seconds, and you thought toc was laggy :o

cool idea in theory, but seems like a major annoyance. Should only go in affect imo when engaged in combat with a boss. It doesn't make sense, but a lot of stuff in this game doesnt make sense. people shouldn't be taking damage while taking a break. it's just going to cause issues and a lot of QQ.

I hear you get extra loot off arthas and a higher orange drop rate the lower your total ticks are per reset.

Its supposed to be 1% HP per 3 seconds but I only see it ticking for 70-80. OOC hp regen is typically higher than that...

Cozy Campfire should negate the damage of Chill of the Throne.

Neat idea, honestly. As a healer, i'm fine with it. Keep raids moving. buff up, heal up, pull. Less jibba jabba, more stibba stabba. Keep people focused.

Oh good, a reason to put 3/3 owlkin frenzy

Just bring 50 resto druids to each raid and have them spam rejuv on all 25 raid targets for 4 hours with no break. What's so hard about that?

100% easier to find out who afks on Freya/Vezax trash!
