While leveling.
Ignoring DK blues.

For me it has to be

* Carrot on a Stick
* Uther's Strength

Can't remember anything longer lasting except for maybe some wands and also gear from SM and ZF which I can't recall now.

On my rogue, I got something called Ring of the Underwood or something. Got it out of the chest from the dragon in Searing Gorge. Took that thing all the way through to terokkar once I finally replaced it. (I was lazy, and wasn't specifically looking to)

For my feral cat druid, the barbaric bracers lasted from when I first put them on until I got the bracers of finesse from Hellfire Ramparts

The old version of the Abyss Shard from the Warlock class quest (Summon a Voidwalker without a Shard). If Blizzard hadn't changed it it would still be in the inventory of every Warlock I know. (That's just a bit under four years for those counting at home.)

Yep, I clicked on this thread just to mention this lol. For me it lasted from 18 until I got the Hypnotic Blade and and offhand in SM.

For my rogue, on an RP server, it had to be the defias mask and other rogue-only defias gear. I absolutely loved that stuff and it fit into her backstory. I carried it around for quite awhile before I fianlly ditched it. My rogue is also still in a bunch of lvl 70 epics, at level 80. I haven't started heroics with her though...

Any of the weapon rewards from the "Whirlwind" quest chain.

If you get help early enough you keep those f*ckers for a ridiculously long time.

I think I had my axe from level 31 till 40 something.
