So if Warcraft steals Diablo from Diablo, then we get the following:

Diablo minus Diablo= 0.

However, considering that we've had 2 Diablos, we get the following:

Diablo 1 + Diablo 2 - Diablox2 (We can assume that the Diabloness multiplies for each title)

And with Diablo 3 coming out, we can assume Warcraft will steal its Diablo.

Diablo 3 minus diablo= 3.

Therefore, from now on, Diablo 3 will simply be called '3"

Not at all, in Diablo 2 there were 3 diablos. 5 If you count his nightmare and hell versions. Uber Diablo and the SOJ counter Diablo. So thats a tangible 6 different diablos between the 2 games, or 4 if you don't count the difficultys as different.
