There are quite a few people who only run a small subset of raids with their guild and we'd like to give them the option of being part of a decentralized guild network. The concept is simple. Instead of having to PUG on the fly week after week, you sign up for what raids interest you, the time frame you're available and your class. We take care of everything else.

The catch is:

* You must be willing to come prepared to do your part.
* You must bring your own flasks. This means enough for the duration of the raid.
* You must know the fights. A lot of time is wasted having to explain every fight. Come prepared.
* You do not need to have the best gear but you must be geared for the instance you want to be a part of. This includes but not limited to having your gear properly gemmed and enchanted. If you're gear is not gemmed and enchanted, we will not be inviting you. We currently keep a database of over 3500 Lv80s on the server with gear, score, stats, and enchants that's updated daily. Soon, we'll be tracking achievements.
* We understand that gear isn't everything. You must have the ability to listen and follow directions.
* You are coming to raid. Thirty minute AFKs to go pickup your girlfriend from work is not part of the deal.
* You must bring a positive attitude and your "A" game. We're not doing this to wipe all night and neither should you.

If you're able to do these things, we welcome you and promise not to waste your time or ours. Fish Feasts and repair bots will be provided by Machina. Flasks will be available for purchase as well as any special food (STR, AGI, ArP, etc - current market prices apply). You do not need to be part of our guild to join us for raids, but we are recruiting and you're more than welcome to put in an application with us at our website. [www.machinaftw.info]

Please take in mind, spaces are limited. Invites are sent out via calendar invites. We ask that if you accept the invite, please show up on time because we will not wait for you.

Standard loot rules apply. Mainspec > Offspec. Offspec rolls, Trophies and Crusader Orbs don't count against mainspec gear rolls.

Disclaimer: Everyone is gear and achievement checked ahead of time. Anyone not pulling their weight or doing their part will be promptly removed from the raid. No questions asked.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments. Our groups have been pretty successful. Minimal to no wipes. All though Anu'barak gave our 25 man group the blues after a flawless run yesterday. Our 10 mans that we lead are pretty much perfect with no wipes with the exception of TOGC10. I just hope we can keep it that way. :)

Seems like this would require alot of effort, congrats to you guys. Havent seen your particular pugs before but will keep a lookout as im leveling an alt.

We keep a low profile. :) It's a fair amount of effort. The only problem is keeping a PUG together week after week. However, the people in the groups have proved they're in it for the long run even when picking back up for Anu'barak a few days later. That's dedication.

Having to gauge people's individual performance so you can see if people are putting in the effort versus being carried through is another issue all together. However, that's how we keep the runs fluid.

I updated the days and times. This week I'll be tracking loot drops and posting them on Machina's site as well as WWS parses.

We have spots open for our second TOC10 schedule for Saturdays in case anyone else is interested.

I was told earlier that I wasn't geared enough to run Naxxramas 25 earlier this week, so I'll be doing a Naxx25 run at some point in time this week as well to help people get geared for ULD/TOC. :)

Yes ,thanks for taking the time and effort to do this,this concept really helps out a guild like ours,where our numbers are few,but our players are capable,to get geared .It sucks to get in on irregular pugs every week,but having a familliar group to run with makes life easier,and we don't feel the need to add members to our guild at a pace faster than we would like.I know i speak for my guild when i say i appreciate this,and hope to run with you all again.

I may have to check you guys out on a Saturday ToC 10. I don't get much time to raid during the week and when I do it's in 25. Are you in need of heals for the Saturday run?

Yes, I'll be restarting the Saturday runs. I'll toss you a calendar invite. If I don't, just send me a /tell or an in-game mail. My friends list is maxed out at the moment and I use a combination of addons to keep track of everyone.

Not sure you remember me, been in on a couple of individual bosses as fill in with your group. I saw msg saying tonight was full up, but want to still put my name in the pot for the full run (yes ranged) if a spot opens. If not it isn't a big worry.
