Greetings!
I'm here to introduce the A Team, a dedicated group of raiders focused on clearing 10 man heroic/hard mode content.
We are in need of some classes/roles to continue our raiding!

Tank (Druid, competent DK or Paladin)
Healer - Raid (Shaman or priest, full on druids)
Melee dps:
Rogue - 1
Warrior - 1 (Please be willing to go arms or add in the MS effect in fury)
Enhancement Shaman - 1
Ranged:
Hunter - 1
Warlock - 1

Please keep in mind that we are strickly a 10 man raiding guild. If you have intrest in doing the 10 man hard modes but would still like to raid 25s with your current guild, that is an option. We are looking for talented players who want to see the heroic content, competent at their class and enjoy being part of a close, family-like group.

Please also bear in mind that we are working on rebuilding a raid group that lost several close friends and talented players to either transfers or real life priorities. This will take some time. We ask for your patience with group construction and everyone's encouragement and support. It is possible that raids may not start for another month as far as hard modes are concerned since we will need to work on our synergy as a team. The more interest from skilled raiders we see and depending on how well we work together, the time frame could be shortened dramatically.

We also will not be able to include everyone in a single raid. We are looking for people with flexible schedules and able to raid at least 3 nights per raid lockout. Our raid composition may vary slightly week to week but we would like to keep a consistant 12 to 15 people included.

Our schedule is still being debated as we have raiders in other guilds and some with school and work schedules already set. At present the most likely raid days will be Thursdays and Saturdays.

Please be prepared to perform to your fullest reguardless of circumstances. If this proves difficult for you, you may want to reconsider applying.

Feel free to armory myself or any other members of the guild to see accomplishements and progression. We are a very committed group and are looking for those diamonds in the rough who want to see the harder content at the 10 man level.

We plan on being very selective with our applicants and are in no hurry to "just fill a raid." We want the best we can get, while still enjoying the raid time we have together. We're aiming to build a strong, fast-paced group for the current content as well as prepare ourselves for Icecrown. We hope to see all raiding guilds in a challenging rush to be the top in future content and, of course, hope to be waving at you from the finish line. ^_^

If I were serious about 25 man raiding, yes I would have server transferred but I'm not so I'm happy being back with the people I played with in BC.

Anyway, side tracked enough.

NO drama, NO bad rogues standing in shadow fissures, NO terrible moonkins screamin in vent, NO shadow priests that dont and wont talk in vent, NO ugly officers, NO GMS or OFFICERS or MINI OFFICERS or ADVISORS or LEADERS or CAPTINS... i think u get the picture. we just focus on killing stuff.

do any of us regret trasfering?... well imagine if that essay above actually happend... damn that would suck.

Yikes. That's a whole lot of prickly. Were I better versed in Photoshop, I could probably come up with something that would pass as slightly humorous given that laundry list.

Either way, best of luck. I wouldn't have even known a number of you transferred until I started seeing an odd trend in recent guild applications.

not too sure that its passive agressivness, but if people from rna want to make lil alts and come try to make a scene it'll hurt them more then it would hurt me. what happend last time.. you know what never mind. and thanks for the photoshop edit playa it does looks alot better.. u people in snd are so smart!

*sigh* You hold grudges way too much. And while I don't really condone what the troll alt did, I wouldn't say it was completely unwarranted after you somewhat trolled the Renaissance recruiting post a while back.

What's the saying? "Violence always begets violence"? Instead of retorting aggressively, try being the bigger person, ignore people like the aforementioned troll, let it go, and move on. In the end it will earn you a lot more respect than your attitude now is.

But, I was never much for conflict anyways, and I don't really raid with people from The A Team or Renaissance anymore, so I'll let you all do what you want.
