I personally dont find it hard to strafe left. I really dont see a problem with melee standing on me if they keep getting our beloved "cant do that while stunned". If they're not doing anything, casting from a distance only reduces burst through travel time, AND allows them run behind stuff and out of range. If they WALKED away, however, would be another story.
Personally i dont see great benefit in distance now days... charge/vanish/death grip etc means they will reopen. But to each his own I guess...
What I'm arguing is that we need a shorter CC that doesn't break, rather than one that is supposed to be 10 secs but effectively lasts 1 cast or less.
I have 22k HP more or less, in the 8 seconds a rogue has me stunned if my trink is down he takes me 100 - 0. I believe we need an even standing mechanic to lock him down and force him to eat 22k worth of burst before it breaks unless he trinks. Balance, in simple terms.
