Death Knight
2P Bonus - Increases the damage done by your Death and Decay ability by 20%.
4P Bonus - When you activate Blood Tap, you gain 12% damage reduction from all attacks for 10 sec.

Druid
2P Bonus - Your Swipe (Bear) and Lacerate abilities deal 20% additional damage and the cost of your Rip ability is reduced by 10 energy.
4P Bonus - Your Enrage ability no longer decreases your armor and instead decreases all damage taken by 12%, and the periodic damage done by your Rake ability can now be a critical strike.

Paladin
2P Bonus - Your Hammer of the Righteous ability deals 20% increased damage.
4P Bonus - When you activate Divine Plea, you gain 12% dodge for 10 sec.

Warrior
2P Bonus - Your Shield Slam and Shockwave abilities deal 20% increased damage.
4P Bonus - Your Bloodrage ability no longer costs health to use, and now causes you to absorb damage equal to 20% of your maximum health. Lasts until cancelled.

I guess it would make sense that paladin 4/5 would be the worst of all of em.

Yea, I don't think the paladin one is the worst.

"I need rage! I'll use bloodrage! Great, now I absorb the next attack, generate no rage from that AND it provides less overall damage mitigation than the other three!"

But they're obviously going to make them all 12% damage reduction. Having 1 at lolfailbubble, 1 at 12% dodge and 2 others at 12% reduction doesn't make sense when the 12% damage reductions are so much superior than the others.

Now, maybe I did the math wrong, but assuming you pick up Impurity, glyphed DnD, had set bonus and like 5000 AP....

I lol'd.
Pretty sure you still gain rage through bubbles though. They changed that in 3.1 I think.

If they keep the bloodrage > bubble it would have to be something like 40% max health or something I suppose.

I don't think the set bonus for warriors is very clear - I think it means that you'll absorb 20% of your maximum health on every hit for a period of time. I seriously doubt that it would only apply to the next attack.

Surprised no on chimed in with: Blizzard is nerfing non-blood tanks (or some other variation). Might as well just attach it to Horn of Winter or some crap since both can be used every 30s (if you want to :P), at least that way it doesn't @@#% on Frost or Unholy so much...

Also anyone else find it interesting that the 2pc is generally an AoE threat buff for all classes, but warriors get a nice fat Shield slam boost too?

Just a thought to keep in mind.

But, Yay t8 being the only 2pc that didnt increase hotr damage.

It will absorb total damage equal to 20% of your HP. It will also expire after 10 seconds if not popped before then.

While I like the mini-cooldown 4pc. bonuses...

Why Divine Plea!?
Are they trying to keep some semblance of similarity between Bloodrage and DP?

You activate DP at the beginning of the fight to start the mana regen, then it's maintained...
That means at the beginning of the fight our minicooldown is not available for the next minute.....


Not to mention it's avoidance and not mitigation...



The bonuses are interesting, but there's some problem.

Ahaha, yea TC would make a lot more sense. I am still kind of appalled at the Blood tap requirement (my blood spec doesn't even pick it up...). Also getting (or finding) the balance on the 4pc would be nice.

That wouldnt make sense, with the other 4 set bonuses like damage reduction for x seconds, having only 20% of total health reduction over the 10 seconds, makes no sense at all. I mean be realistic, no boss in todays raids that wouldnt be able to take off that shield, if you want to call it a shield, within 1 hit. It is either on each attack, or it just plainly sux
