<Mermeros> is a close-knit group of experienced raiders, the core having been together for nearly 3 years. We are currently recruiting to optimize raid composition for 10 man hardmodes, and a solid 25 man team is not far off.

Us:
Mermeros was formed by people who want the extra challenges of hard modes and achievements. While we like to have fun, we take our raid time seriously. 10-man hard modes require every raider to pull their weight and are an excellent way to demonstrate your skill. We have ambitions of becoming a quality 25 man guild, however we refuse to sacrifice a quality roster simply to farm easy 25-man content. Our raiders earn their membership, we do not and will not carry anyone now or in the future.

Our goal is to grow to a 25-man team of exceptional ability, regardless of how long that may take.
You:
You should have a passion for raiding, full
knowledge of your class and the ability to utilize it all. While we are willing to teach you new encounters, we aren't going to teach you how to play your class. You do your research, you tweak your UI and are always on the lookout for any improvement. Ideally you have excellent environmental awareness, quick reactions, and you listen to and execute the instructions given to you.
You must know how to raid and have the
desire to raid. You come to raids fully prepared with your strategy homework done. You want to play at your full potential and wouldn't think of using anything less than top-of-the-line enchants and gems. You strive to play your best at all times and you understand what it means to be part of a team.
We expect 80% attendance. We ask that you show up on time and post when you can't make it. Our Guild infrastructure supports real-life, we don't kick people for going on vacation or having RL issues, however we do not tolerate repeated nocall-noshow or sporadic attendance.
You should have the
positive attitude required for progression content and hard-mode achievements. We want mature members who have a positive, success-oriented outlook, who like to have fun and love to raid, who can buckle down when it's crunch-time and execute. Hard-modes and new content take time to learn; grousing and complaining is not the team attitude we are looking for.
Our raiders have made a
commitment to the Guild and to themselves to show up on-time and to play to their absolute best ability. Their teammates depend on them.

We raid from Tuesday-Thursday from 9pm-12am, and Sunday from 8pm-12am EST.
We also raid Monday 9-12 for cleanup as needed.
