Q u o t e:

The timing of BlizzCon next to the priest Q&A made conducting a short follow-up Q&A difficult. With all of the recent announcements coupled with the 3.2.2 testing process, we're looking to start another round of class Q&A's in the near future. We don't have a class order yet, but it shouldn't be the same as the last one. We're in the process of discussing ways of improving the Class Q&A Series, looking at what worked well the first time and what didn't.

Zarhym, if the class order isn't changed, will the responses be as slow too? Slow isn't bad, don't get me wrong we all have patience.

Wow. I thought blues only read the healing forums these days, not the priest ones. Guess I was wrong... no really, that's a good thing! Nice to see a blue around here!

I didn't mean to disappear on you folks. I took a long-awaited vacation after BlizzCon, followed immediately by attending PAX in Seattle. :)

Well-deserved!

So after Blizzcon, do you guys party like it was... well... whichever year you found out your game is the bees knees?

just to confirm i think a blue did initially mention that there would be some sort of follow up on the priest Q&A but if the next round is coming up that's probably even better. :) :)

Hey, nice to see a post here! XD

I have to admit, I was thinking that the blue post would be, "Stop being impatient, we'll get to it when we will". I donno if I'm just bitter now, but I'm expecting the worst every time I see blue posts! DX

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind that you had a vacation, you deserved it as much as anyone else, but it's just that a lot of priests have felt like we're being ignored, and that any concern we bring up is thrown aside and blamed on our own faults. We just want a little attention is all! :<

So, welcome back. :)

Zarhym is my favorite blue. I love him sooooo much.

Someday you will realize that none of this really matters.

You don't troll very well so it wouldn't be much of a loss.

You must have the WoW playerbase confused with a coven of happy and ultra patient nuns.

Do you think, perhaps as part of the next class discussion, there could be a general thread on utility/CC/immunities?

What I mean:
1. When I looked at the Warlock after starting wow, I was impressed that each pet brought something different to the group. But as time went on, there became little reason to swap them out. The end game is healing/tanking/dps, not so much utility.

2. CC pretty much got replaced with AOEing everything down in Lich King. I realize that if you're having raid geared people go through heroic instances, then this is going to happen, but it would be nice if there were more reasons to use CC in Heroics.

3. My level 80 Shaman could lightning bolt a level 20 air elemental in the original world to no effect, but do fall damage to Ionar in Halls of Lightning. I realize you've locked most specs into either single schools of damage or specific rotations, but it would be an interesting discussion to see what your thought were on shaking things up for different classes while still letting them contribute fully.

Anyone else like to see a thread with Blizzard discussing their thoughts on this?
