and right there is the key to this... if you want blizz to make the change to the game, cancel your subscription. It's sad that it would have to come to this. Cancel it. Play out your remaining time, and if they change it back, or at the very least ADDRESS the issue, then you could always renew again. I, myself, am canceling and listing this as my reason. I will keep up with any changes, and if they do at least address the issue or change it back, well then they can have my money again.

I think AV was fine how it was. With this version, queues are longer for both 71-79 and 80s, as well as XP nerf for leveling.

If you felt AV XP was too powerful compared to other Battlegrounds, maybe you should buff the others???

Well i just cancelled both of my accounts. I have had this account since day 1. Sadly, my gear isn't that great, but If someone wants my original collectors edition pets, have at em. Blizzard has fallen far. When your player base cries out like this over these changes, and your one response is that this change was made because we wanted the other battlegrounds to have more xp, well I just don't buy what you are selling anymore - both literally and figuratively.

lol it's time to quit. I am only waiting until Friday for the fix. If its not fixed I'm not just leaving this game I'm not buying Blizz games in the future. Maybe I will go outside and see if "life" has been nerfed yet.

Unless i get a fun way to level with PvP im not leveling threw those painful quests and i don't appreciate you wasting my time by making AV Q's 1h + . Wheres the Game that lives up to the Blizzard Name i don't see anything here.

Just to clarify this, as I'm afraid I haven't seen this mentioned before just now..............

So, have ALL of the other BG's, as well as ALL of the other brackets, already had their XP gains increased, or are w still waiting for that to take effect? If we're still waiting, any eta besides soon(tm)?

Thanks for the info. I'm still not thrilled about the nerfs in AV 71-80, (or rather, 71-79 now I guess), but if things have been improved in every other BG and bracket as this implies, I may not have to not drink as much as I originally thought.

Characters level 70-79 are no longer getting experience based on level 80 characters. "As a result of this" just doesn't work. "The across-the-board increase to experience gains from all battlegrounds" and "making sure that no battleground feels too unrewarding in terms of experience" could have been accomplished regardless by simply bringing up the XP gain on the other BGs.

And how is the level of experience "based on level 80 characters" that can't and don't receive experience?

So level 71-79s were entitled to level 80 honor all this time but they can't receive the equivalent in experience points? There wasn't a problem when the bracket BGs were yielding honor only.

Please just say it: we were leveling too fast and having fun so you sent us back to grinding on boars to move up.

Revert AV back to what it was a few days ago or I will unsubscribe.

Oh please. Alterac Valley is still the same bg. Getting less XP doesn't make a bg less fun, you still cap or defend towers, you still kill horde or alliance and you still fight the boss and lieutenants. If insane XP was the only reason you did AV, then you're probably not going to do it once you hit 80 am i right?
