I know about how you can gain up to 20% extra exp from quests/creatures if you have both pieces, but what I'm wondering is if we can also gain exp from BG's. Thanks in advance.

No, I was in an AV the other day where we were discussing it. One heirloom, two heirlooms, no heirlooms, rested, unrested, everyone was getting the same xp.

It says right on the items that it only increases exp from monsters and quests.

Maybe make the pvp heirlooms give exp in BGs, would make sense.

Hey, Hey! Cross-Faction BoA gear when?

I'd like to also suggest allowng hunter pets to gain xp in BGs if possible.

I honestly think you guys should nerf the overall stats on these items when being used in battlegrounds. players with boa gear are extremely overpowered vs other players that are unable to access boa gear.

Fair is fair, since gettign heirloom gear REQUIRES an 80 and not just friends helping you its a SLAP in the FACE to those players who are new and dont have the opportunity to get teh same gear,

This character cannot be played for the same reasons as the poster stated, gettign gear from instances being unfair to new players getting gear that requires a level 80 certainly is unfair. and should be banned from battlegrounds that give xp. especially considering the BOA gear gives better stats then i can achieve with dungeon gear.

Why kill twinking before the huge gear reset that CATA is bringing. BOA gear is blatantly unfair to new players meeting them in battlegrounds, much more unfair than meeting a twink in the same field.

How about giving hunter's pets some exp in battlegrounds while you're fixing the heirloom stuff.

Lol while you're at it could you boost the discovery exp as well? :D

Will BG experience be boosted, as well? WSG and AB are garbage XP as of now.

It has come to my knowledge that the XP gained in BattleGrounds also does not affect Refer a Friend triple Xp bonuses.

is this intended? or will this be looked into and possibly changed to effect R-A-F triple XP bonus?
