We just hotfixed the following changes to the Trial of the Grand Crusader (aka Heroic mode).

Northrend Beasts

- Fixed a bug where the flag that prevents a creature from gaining attack speed after a parry was inadvertently left off Gormok the Impaler. This bug is fixed in normal mode as well.
- Increased the amount of time players have to defeat the encounter before Icehowl berserks.
- You have an extra half second to get out of the way of a very angry charging Yeti. Players with high ping rejoice.
- Icehowl will become tauntable. (This particular element isn't hotfixed quite yet, but should be shortly).

Lord Jaraxxus

- Infernal Eruption will now spawn an additional Felflame Infernal the instant the eruption occurs.
- Nether Portal now summons Mistresses of Pain slightly more often.

Disagree with the Berserk timer change, but other than that it looks good. Jaraxxus needed some extra help.

This hotfix has caused me to not be able to log into my toon that was booted durring TOC, but I can log into any other server/toon. I have done the whole recycle garbage. Tips?

I don't know if this applies in Trial of the Crusader as well, but coincidentally right before running it yesterday I was getting 3000 latency.

(Latency thankfully went down before we started the first encounter however.)

believe its only heroic since you get the speed boost in normal.

hopefully jaraxus is a bit more challenging now, he was laughably easy before.

Blizzard themselves never reveal hard enrage timers, but 10 minutes as opposed to 9 would be a good venture. Anything more would be too hard a nerf too quick, I reckon.

In a more subjective view, the only two changes I agree with are the extra half second (latency correction mostly) and the removal of the parry gibbing mechanic (biased opinion of a tank).

Seriously, we swore that guys who didn't register as being hit had been, and that the guy who did get hit was a good range away comparatively. I know that I would appreciated australian servers (and better maintenance times for that matter).

About 15s longer until Worms come out and 30s longer on Icehowl enrage. The parry change was very noticeable. No more unpredictable instant tank gibs.
