I would wait until after the maintenance just to be sure. We're working to further identify the issue and looking into any need for further corrections on this. Once I have a go ahead with additional information, I'll share it with you.

Exactly. What they are fixing is not people not getting the titles they earned, but rather people getting titles that they did not earn (this season). I'd think that fixing the former is quite a bit more important than fixing the latter.

Wanted to thank you for being clear and honest about the situation... i had an appalling encounter with a GM recently, its refreshing to hear that there are some good/helpful people working behind the scenes.

Hi Neth, could you please make sure who ever is doing the title calculations actually checks for inactive teams? For example, my 2v2 was ranked 102 on stormstrike and the cutoff was around 97~ teams and if you counted the 11 inactive teams in the top 90, that bumped the gladiator title range to 108. Please get this fixed, thanks.

Gladiator = 0.5% of teams.
.05% of 20171 is 20171 x .005 = 100.855 Teams
Thus 100 or 101 teams should have gotten Gladiator regardless of inactvies
In the top 100 there were 11 inactive teams, so then 111 or 112 teams should have even gotten Glad.
Regardless, My team 'Nagas belong in SP' rated 2562 and rank 98 still did not recieve Gladiator. I would like to know how rank 98/100 even without counting inactives was a duelist team.
edit: i also somehow recieved the challenger title even though none of my teams were remotly close to challenger rating

this. I was on the same team almost the entire season with my partner, we played all our games together, etc, and he recieved a rival title while I got challenger (my 3's and 5's were higher rated than his as well).
A GM told me that this was working as intended... Either Blizz really does hate boomkins or something is broken. Where do you go to get your title fixed when the GM tells you that you are wrong and the two people at the same rating on the same team should in fact have different titles lol.

..... challenger is a way cooler title then rival anyway.

My partner and I have the same problem. We were 51 out of 52 ( yes we play on awesome retaliation) and there were 5 inactive teams yet we got duelist : /. I want to be 100% sure that blizz accounted for those inactive teams... because at the moment it appears they did not.

I definitely know I don't deserve the title for this season but I always felt like I deserved the achievement for having gotten duelist in BC.. I thought when I got it they decided to make it retroactive.. damn. /tear

My arena team, 3v3, ended at a 1883 rating or something like that. My team mates recieved a dulest and rival titles and I only got stuck with challenger. I played 100% of the games that they did and my personal rating reflects the team rating. Why would I not get the same titles as my team mates.
